Carriage is included in the price unless otherwise stated. 3. The buyer should satisfy himself as to the fitness of the goods ordered if in doubt the buyer should contact locktechnique.com for advice before ordering. 4. Operating a no quibble guarantee, we accept goods for refund or exchange subject to them being unused, undamaged and in the original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Return Postage will only be paid by locktechnique.com if the goods are faulty. 5. Goods will be delivered within 5 working days upon receipt of order and credit card authorisation or cheque clearance. In the event of unavailability for reasons beyond our control we will advise of this fact by email with an anticipated delivery date. 6. Time will not be of the essence. 7. We make no claims regarding the suitability of a product for any specific application. If in doubt refer to locktechnique.com for advice. 8. In respect to locks in general where the goods are designed to reduce the risks of loss or damage, the company does not warrant that they may not be neutralised, circumvented or otherwise rendered ineffective. In such an event no liability shall attach to the Company in respect of any loss or damage sustained by the buyer howsoever caused (including consequential loss). 9.
